Chemical formula: SnSO4
Chemical name: Stannous Sulfate, Tin(II) sulfate;TIN(II) SULPHATE;Tin sulphate
Origin: Japan, China
Specification: 25 – 50 kg/can
Physical properties:
Tin Sulphate-SnSO4 is a white-yellow crystalline substance.
Chemical properties:
Tin(II) sulfate (SnSO4) is a chemical compound. It is a white solid that can absorb enough moisture from the air to dissolve in it, forming a solution known as a “leaching” solution. The chemical can be prepared by a displacement reaction between tin metal and copper(II) sulfate:
SN (S) + CUSO 4 (AQ) → CU (S) + SNSO 4 (AQ)
Tin Sulphate is a convenient source of Sn2+ because it is not contaminated with Sn4+
