Stainless steel polishing chemical NBT-189S1: is a mixture of mild acids, has the ability to clean and polish stainless steel, does not cause deformation of the stainless steel surface, does not cause blackening of stainless steel.

Bartending:
– Prepare, grinding material (stone, iron ball, stainless steel, …), product to be polished.
– Mixing ratio, (g/l): 30 ÷ 50, depending on the material of the product to be polished.
– Vibration time (minutes): 10 ÷ 20
The solution is mixed to cover the abrasive grain and the part, the vibration mode is suitable, the product must then be washed with clean water.
Additional:
Polishing solution after 1 time, usually reused up to 3 times, after each time adding 30% compared to the first addition amount. However, depending on the actual usage, the most suitable alternative addition method should be proposed.

Application
– Cleans and polishes stainless steel, creating a high shine
– Passivation, good protection of stainless steel surface.
– Smooths the surface of abrasive particles, does not cause adhesion between abrasive particles and products

Notes during use
Aluminum polishing chemical ST-135S1 is mildly acidic, so during use, strictly comply with labor safety and environmental sanitation: such as rubber gloves, glasses, masks, boots, ventilation fans.

Handling of accidents.
+ Contact with skin, hands, clothes: change clothes immediately, rinse under running water for 15 minutes.
+ Eye contact: remove contact lenses, rinse gently with clean water for 15 minutes, rest, seek medical advice.
+ Contact through respiratory tract: need to go to fresh air, if having difficulty breathing, give oxygen and see a doctor.
+ Oral contact: drink plenty of water, do not put anything in the throat when the patient faints, see a doctor.
Storage and inventory : Store in a cool warehouse, clearly label the packaging, date of manufacture, and expiration date. Always keep the can tightly closed.
