NBT-190 Aluminum Polish: Is a mild acid mixture, has the ability to clean and polish aluminum, does not cause aluminum surface deformation, does not cause aluminum blackening, creates high gloss, passivates, and protects aluminum surface well. Lubricates the surface of abrasive particles, does not cause adhesion between abrasive particles and products, and is soluble in water.

Preparation and Operation
Prepare grinding material (stone, iron ball, stainless steel, …), product to be polished, vibrating polishing machine.
Mixing ratio, (g/l): 10 ÷ 50, depending on the material of the product to be polished
Vibration time, (minutes): 10÷20
Method: 3D vibration

Instructions for use:

After mixing according to the ratio, put the materials and chemicals into the vibrating polishing machine and turn on the machine to operate.
ST-132 is mixed with abrasive particles and the part, suitable vibration mode, the product must then be washed with clean water.

Supplement: Polishing solution after 1 time, usually reused up to 3 times, after each supplement 30% compared to the initial supplement amount. However, depending on the actual usage process, a suitable alternative supplement method should be proposed.
