Instructions for use:
Equipment used in the galvanizing process:
Plating tank: must be covered with acid resistant material.
Zinc anode: Purity above 99.99%, need anode coating.
Hanging plating: Cathode aeration or swinging is required.
How to use ZN-680B
ZN-680B: 20 ÷ 40 ml/l
Filtration: Continuous filtration is required.
Heating: Heating is required in winter.
Method: Add directly to the plating tank.
After the galvanizing process, you should use additional water-based glue or oil-based glue to protect the product in the best condition.
