Metal surface phosphating wipe type
Phosphating is the process of wiping chemicals onto the metal surface, creating a layer of phosphate salt mixture, double salt (Fe,Zn,Mn)nH2(PO4)4.mH2O gray to black.

Uses:
Zinc phosphate coating has the following uses:

Applications of W-111 phosphate cleaning chemical
In developed industrial countries, surface treatment before painting is a mandatory standard to enhance the adhesion of the paint film as well as enhance the protective ability of the film in atmospheric conditions. In industry, the most commonly used is the phosphating film of heavy metals such as zinc, iron, manganese. Surface treatment preparations are all in commercial form, very convenient for users.

Notes when using:
– Zinc phosphate chemicals are acidic, so they are corrosive and react strongly with alkalis. During use, strict compliance with labor safety and environmental sanitation must be observed. Such as rubber gloves, glasses, masks, boots, and ventilation fans.

– Handling accident cases.
Contact with skin, hands, clothing: change clothes immediately, rinse under running water for 15 minutes.
Eye contact: remove contact lenses, rinse gently with clean water for 15 minutes, rest, seek medical advice.
Inhalation: move to fresh air, if difficulty breathing, give oxygen and see a doctor.
Oral contact: drink plenty of water, do not put anything in the throat when the patient faints, see a doctor.
