CS-200 iron and steel degreasing chemical: is an acidic degreasing preparation that has both oil and rust removing effects on iron and steel surfaces. Degreasing time is fast and metal corrosion is low due to its corrosion inhibition ability.

Oil and rust remover (CS-601) -> Wash water -> Wash water-> Anti-rust (N-205)

Check, analyze, supplement:
Depending on actual needs, can be reused (add 20% compared to the first time) or completely replaced. Color, colorless to slightly cloudy, little residue.

How to check after degreasing:
After the degreasing process, we can check the cleanliness of the surface of the part by spraying distilled water on the surface of the part. If the surface is 100% wet, that is, the entire surface of the part is wet evenly, forming a thin, even film, then the degreasing quality is satisfactory. If there are gaps on the surface of the part that are not wet or liquid droplets condense in some places, it is necessary to degreasing again.

Notes when using CS-200 degreasing chemical:
– CS-200 degreasing chemical is acidic so it is necessary to strictly follow labor safety measures: wear rubber gloves, glasses, mask, boots, ventilation fan.
– Handling accidents:
Contact with skin, hands, clothing: change clothes immediately, rinse under running water for 15 minutes.
Eye contact: remove contact lenses, rinse gently with clean water for 15 minutes, rest, seek medical advice.
Inhalation: move to fresh air, if difficulty breathing, give oxygen and see a doctor.
Oral contact: drink plenty of water, do not put anything in the throat when the patient faints, see a doctor.
– Storage and inventory: Store in a cool warehouse, clearly label the packaging, according to TCVN. Always keep the can tightly closed.
