CR-425D chemical preparation with a special formula creates an olive green conversion coating on the aluminum surface. It is resistant to aluminum mold, does not cause surface roughness, creates adhesion, and creates elasticity for the electrostatic paint layer. Simple operation, short soaking time, low consumption, high economic efficiency. Does not fade when dried at high temperatures.

Technological process
Degreasing (MC-04) → Water washing → Shaping (DH-500S4) → Water washing
→ Chromate (CR-D323) → Water wash → Dry

DH-500S4 Forming
– Mixing ratio, (kg/m3) : 25 (10 ÷ 30)
– Time, (minutes): 5 (3 ÷ 15)
Chromate CR-425D
– Add 1/3 of the tank with water, add CR-D323 according to the calculated weight, stir to dissolve, fill with water up to the specified line.
– Mixing ratio of CR-425D with water, (kg/m3): 50 (40 ÷ 60)
– Tank made of stainless steel type AISI 316, plastic tank PP, HDPE
Storage and inventory:
– Chemicals are stored in dark cans, always keep the can lid tightly closed.
– Can packaging standard: 25kg/can.
– Store in a cool, dry warehouse, away from direct sunlight, with a roof, clearly label the packaging, date of manufacture, and expiration date.
– When using, it is necessary to comply with labor safety, wear clothes, rubber gloves, glasses, gas masks, and work in a well-ventilated area.
