Nh\u01b0ng c\u00f3 nhi\u1ec1u ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng trong \u0111\u00f3 n\u00f3 ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng nh\u01b0 l\u00e0 ch\u1ea5t kh\u1eed, gi\u1ea3i ph\u00f3ng ra oxy nh\u01b0 l\u00e0 ph\u1ee5 ph\u1ea9m. H2O2 (35- 50%) k\u1ef5 v\u1edbi nhi\u1ec1u ch\u1ea5t g\u00e2y ra s\u1ef1 x\u00fac t\u00e1c qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh ph\u00e2n h\u1ee7y n\u00f3. C\u00e1c ch\u1ea5t n\u00e0y bao g\u1ed3m ph\u1ea7n l\u1edbn c\u00e1c kim lo\u1ea1i chuy\u1ec3n ti\u1ebfp v\u00e0 h\u1ee3p ch\u1ea5t c\u1ee7a ch\u00fang. C\u00e1c ch\u1ea5t x\u00fac t\u00e1c ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn nh\u1ea5t l\u00e0 mangan \u0111i\u00f4x\u00edt, kali pemanganat v\u00e0 b\u1ea1c.<\/p>\n<p>Ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng y nh\u01b0 v\u1eady c\u0169ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00fac t\u00e1c b\u1eb1ng enzym catalase, \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ecm th\u1ea5y trong gan. Ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng ch\u00ednh c\u1ee7a n\u00f3 trong c\u01a1 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0 th\u1ea3i lo\u1ea1i c\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m ph\u1ee5 \u0111\u1ed9c h\u1ea1i trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh trao \u0111\u1ed5i ch\u1ea5t v\u00e0 kh\u1eed oxidative stress. Hydro peroxide n\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed9 cao (vi\u1ebft t\u1eaft ti\u1ebfng Anh: HTP high-test peroxide) c\u1ea7n ph\u1ea3i l\u01b0u tr\u1eef trong c\u00e1c th\u00f9ng ch\u1ee9a th\u00f4ng tho\u00e1ng kh\u00ed \u0111\u1ec3 ng\u0103n ng\u1eeba vi\u1ec7c t\u00edch l\u0169y kh\u00ed oxy n\u1ebfu kh\u00f4ng s\u1ebd d\u1eabn t\u1edbi s\u1ef1 ph\u00e1 h\u1ecfng th\u00f9ng ch\u1ee9a. (L\u01b0u \u00fd r\u1eb1ng polyetylen l\u00e0 t\u01b0\u01a1ng th\u00edch \u1edf nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 ph\u00f2ng nh\u01b0ng c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 n\u1ed5 c\u00f9ng v\u1edbi peroxide khi b\u1ecb ch\u00e1y.)<\/p>\n<p>Khi c\u00f3 m\u1eb7t m\u1ed9t ch\u1ea5t x\u00fac t\u00e1c n\u00e0o \u0111\u00f3, nh\u01b0 Fe2+ hay Ti3+, s\u1ef1 ph\u00e2n h\u1ee7y c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 di\u1ec5n ra theo c\u00e1ch kh\u00e1c, v\u1edbi c\u00e1c g\u1ed1c t\u1ef1 do nh\u01b0 HO\u00b7 (hydroxyl) v\u00e0 HOO\u00b7 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u1ea1o ra. T\u1ed5 h\u1ee3p c\u1ee7a H2O2v\u00e0 Fe2+ \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c bi\u1ebft \u0111\u1ebfn nh\u01b0 l\u00e0 thu\u1ed1c th\u1eed Fenton.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng \u00f4xi h\u00f3a-kh\u1eed<\/strong><br \/>\nTrong dung d\u1ecbch n\u01b0\u1edbc, H2O2 (35- 50%) c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u00f4xi h\u00f3a hay kh\u1eed nhi\u1ec1u lo\u1ea1i ion v\u00f4 c\u01a1.
